HOW CAN WE GET IN CONTACT?

IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

Yes! For short term stays there is a minimum of 2 days per booking. For long term stays, the stay must be 28 days or longer to be considered a long term stay.

ARE BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED?

Background checks are required for every individual booking stays for 28 days or longer.

WHAT ARE THE HOUSE RULES?

No parties, smoking, pets or unregistered guest allowed under any circumstance. All we ask is that you respect you neighbors and the property and to enjoy your stay of course.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All bookings must be cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, in order to recieve a refund. If you need to cancel and unsure how to do please reach out to us via messgae/email and we will get back to you shortly.
